Coastal Residential Services, Inc. is a North Carolina based corporation engaged in the business of providing direct care services to identified clients of behavioral health care agencies. To provide these services, Coastal Residential Services, Inc. shall acquire and maintain endorsement issued by the MCO/LME and satisfy all requirements of the North Carolina Department of Health And Human Services.  Coastal Residential Services, Inc. offers its services to Sponsoring Agencies within the State of North Carolina whose clients are Consumers of Severe and Persistent Mental Illnesses, Developmental Disabilities, Substance Abuse and other identified services within the behavioral healthcare services system. To ensure comprehensive delivery of these services, the Coastal Residential Services, Inc. program design meets federal, state and local laws, policies, rules and regulations
